Key Duties

Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding medical team in Winter Haven, FL. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative and mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive care for a diverse patient population

• Building long-term patient relationships supported by a strong referral network

• Utilizing advanced tools, such as DAX AI Scribe, to streamline documentation

• Coordinating care with in-house ancillary services, including labs, imaging, pharmacy, and specialty providers

• Contributing to a value-based care model with a focus on outcomes and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Commitment to whole-person, patient-focused care
