Key Duties

Promitheus Transport LLC is seeking experienced Winch Truck Drivers with semi-truck and flatbed experience to join our oilfield logistics team. Drivers will be responsible for:

• Operating Winch trucks and semi-trucks (manual transmission) to deliver oilfield equipment and materials.
• Loading and unloading cargo safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Completing timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high safety standards.
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining cleanliness of trucks and trailers.
• Following company policies and federal/state regulations while on the road.

This role includes on-the-job training and requires agility and professionalism in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Winch trucks and semi-trucks; flatbed/stepdeck experience is a plus.
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Skilled in manual transmission operation and handling heavy loads.
• Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of the Odessa, Midland, and surrounding regions preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to Odessa, TX and provide own housing as a subcontractor.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly earnings between $1,800 – $3,000, based on experience and performance.
