Job DescriptionPassages Alaska is hiring Field Guides to lead wilderness therapy programs. Guides ensure safety, teach outdoor and mindfulness skills, and support emotionally struggling youth. Work includes canoeing, hiking, wildlife encounters, cooking, and managing group dynamics. Guides document activities, participate in meditation and yoga sessions, and may handle emergencies. Physical and emotional stamina, outdoor skills, and a clean, sober lifestyle are required. Wilderness or therapy experience is preferred. Staff spend extended periods outdoors without cell service.
