Key Duties

As a weekend driver or courier with Uber, you’ll enjoy flexible schedules and the freedom to choose when and where to work. Responsibilities include:

• Transporting passengers to various locations, such as airports or local businesses.

• Delivering food and packages from restaurants and stores based on your availability.

• Managing your own schedule, choosing to work Saturday, Sunday, or both, with the option to take on weekday work if desired.

• Providing safe, timely, and reliable service to riders and delivery recipients.

Requirements

To become an Uber driver or delivery partner in Florida City, candidates must:

• Be at least 19 years old for most driving or delivery roles (18 for bike or foot deliveries).

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and meet local driving age requirements.

• Have at least one year of licensed driving experience (three years if under 25).

• Use an eligible vehicle (2-door, 4-door, or motorized scooter under 50cc for delivery).

• Pass an online background screening, including providing a Social Security number.

Delivery options vary by mode: car, scooter, bike, or foot. All participants must meet the specific age, ID, and vehicle requirements for their chosen method.
