Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse team. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 20-40 ground associates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
