Key Duties

Tyndale USA is seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our Northern Houston team. This role focuses on efficiently picking, packing, and processing garment orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

• Picking customer orders using handheld devices and verifying correct quantities.
• Receiving, inspecting, labeling, and sorting incoming shipments according to Tyndale standards.
• Preparing garments for shipping, including scanning barcodes and ensuring items match packing lists.
• Performing visual inspections to verify logos, hems, and overall product quality.
• Communicating any issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
• Assisting with warehouse organization, stocking, and other ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. independently.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, including use of warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
