Job Description

Silva Care is recruiting a Waking Night Care Assistant in Frenchay. You will provide 1:1 and team-based support to adults with learning disabilities, assisting with personal care, dietary needs, social inclusion, finances, and medical appointments. Core hours are 23:00–07:00, paid £10.57–£12.00/hour; day hours £9.50–£11.00. The role involves lone working or working alongside colleagues in a small team. Candidates should be compassionate, flexible, and have the right to work in the UK. Benefits include paid DBS, induction, staff discounts, and additional leave for length of service.
