Job description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Barista to join our café team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, serving food and drinks to guests, and providing a warm, welcoming café experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:
• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages according to café recipes and quality standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station at all times
• Manage milk frothing, latte art, and beverage presentation with consistency
• Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and assist with restocking as needed

Waiter Duties:
• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle POS transactions and process payments accurately
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care
