Job description

Job Overview
NeetTV are looking for a talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing ideas to life through film, and want to make an impact across digital platforms, we want to hear from you!

NeetTV is a film making project that works with businesses, young people, schools, post 16 learners, charities and local authorities throughout the Liverpool City Region and beyond. The role will incorporate a wide array of requirements to produce A/V products for a range of clients.

Candidates must be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic with an interest in pursuing a career in a busy, dynamic, forward-thinking organisation. You will have the skills and confidence to lead on a number of in-house productions and schedule, manage and arrange multiple productions simultaneously.

Duties
• Manage projects end-to-end, from planning and storyboarding to filming and post-production.
• Work with children to produce short films for NeetTV’s annual film premiere.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, and websites.
• Produce corporate films for commercial clients.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously improve content performance through analytics.

Requirements
• A 2:1 degree in Video Production or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in end-to-end video production.
• Ability to engage with children and young people.
• Proficiency in post-production software such as AVID, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere, etc.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation.

Desirable
• Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or 3D animation.
• Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
