• Salary: $1,000 – $1,300 weekly average ($60,000 – $70,000 annual W2)

Key Duties

21st Century Personnel is seeking local CDL-A truck drivers to handle dedicated no-touch refrigerated freight between distribution centers and local chain stores. Drivers will:

• Operate 48-53 ft. refrigerated trailers safely and efficiently.
• Perform store deliveries, including checking off palletized freight; unloading is handled by store staff.
• Handle occasional layover runs, typically 1-2 per week.
• Maintain internal backhaul deliveries when required.
• Complete 10–12 hour workdays, with most routes returning home daily.
• Participate in paid on-the-job training and Zoom orientation sessions.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience (45 ft. or longer) within the last 2 years.
• Local delivery experience is considered.
• Acceptable to operate with an automatic restriction.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT-related tests.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
• Previous start/stop delivery experience is preferred.

Pay & Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,000 – $1,300 (.48 CPM)
• Additional pay for layovers ($40), stops ($16), backhauls ($16), and detention ($17)
