Key Duties

As a Trauma Sales Representative at Stryker, you will support the sales and adoption of trauma products while developing expertise in orthopedic surgical procedures. You will:

  • Provide on-the-ground support for trauma cases in hospitals, including operating and emergency rooms.

  • Gain hands-on experience through formal training and observation of over 300 procedures in your first year.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgical teams and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Deliver product guidance, technical consultation, and expert advice to customers.

  • Respond proactively to client needs, provide account management support, and ensure high satisfaction with Stryker products.

  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet on-call demands during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
  • Licensed or experienced in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in medical or surgical settings.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.

  • Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments such as operating rooms and trauma settings.

  • Competency in technical product knowledge and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

  • Basic computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Commitment to the on-call schedule and flexible work hours required for trauma support.

  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
