As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will support the sales of Stryker Trauma products and become an integral part of surgical teams. Under the guidance of experienced Trauma Sales Representatives, you will:

Provide expertise on orthopedic surgical procedures and product usage, including in operating room environments.

Observe and support more than 300 surgeries in your first year to develop deep technical knowledge.
-
Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and other stakeholders.
-
Ensure exceptional customer service and account management, identifying opportunities to meet client needs.
-
Maintain on-call availability to support trauma cases and respond to urgent surgical requirements.
-
Act as a knowledgeable consultant on product selection, application, and technical solutions.

Experience & Skills:
-
Prior experience in a high-pressure or sales-support environment preferred.
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and professional judgment.

Comfort operating in surgical and emergency room settings.
-
Technical literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Flexible schedule to accommodate irregular hours and on-call shifts.
