Job descriptionIndustry: Digital Marketing / Lead GenerationLocation: Remote (UAE-based preferred)About the Role:We’re seeking a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Telemarketer to support our outreachefforts. You’ll be contacting business leads in the UAE to introduce our digital marketingservices, book appointments, and qualify prospects. Fluency in both Arabic and English isessential.Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound B2B calls to small and medium businesses• Present our services (SEO, PPC, AI visibility solutions)• Build interest and schedule appointments for the sales team• Log call outcomes and maintain lead records• Follow up on warm leads as neededRequirements:• Fluent in spoken Arabic and English• Clear communication and persuasion skills• Experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus• Ability to work independently and meet daily call goalsWork Schedule:• 4 hours per day, Monday to Thursday (Part-time)• Remote workCompensation:Base and bonus structure will be discussed during the negotiation stage.Expected hours: 16 per weekShift:• Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:• Bonus opportunities• Commission pay• Performance bonus
