| HSE Compliance | Ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental standards |
| Problem Solving | Address project challenges with timely solutions |
| Continuous Improvement | Evaluate project outcomes for future enhancements |
| Communication Skills | Strong communication with teams and stakeholders |
| Technical Proficiency | Must be highly proficient in technical construction aspects |
| Reporting Duties | Provide updates and reports to upper management |

| Cybersecurity Hygiene | Follow IT security protocols and report incidents |
