• Availability: Minimum 12 hours per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime

Key Duties

As a SKIMS Team Member, you will be the face of the brand in-store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with styling and fit advice, including bra fittings (training provided).
• Educating customers about SKIMS’ mission, values, and products.
• Maintaining store presentation, organizing inventory, and restocking the sales floor.
• Processing purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth store operations across all zones.
• Supporting a positive and engaging in-store environment through personal accountability and professionalism.

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following:

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Physically able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, and move items up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Enthusiasm for SKIMS products and company values.

No social media influencer experience is required or expected.
