Job description

Job Summary

The Team Leader, Security will supervise, manage and provide direction to the Security Officers and Surveillance Officers across the resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for access control, guest requests and complaints, patrolling and reports H&S/Security issues/risks to the Duty Manager.

Additionally, The Team Leader, Security will be preparing reports, handling the provision of security services at designated locations, supporting in ensuring performance of security department.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have College degree or Secondary education, SIRA License and Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience in Security Operations, preferably in hospitality sector. Additionally, you need to have strong knowledge of UAE laws, Health & Safety regulations and good administration skills for reports and investigations.
