Key Duties

Transco Lines is hiring Team CDL-A Truck Drivers for dedicated routes in the Greenville, TX area. Drivers will:

  • Operate in a team environment to maximize miles and efficiency.
  • Run assigned loops, including routes from TX, AR, and MS to PA, OH, and NY, with occasional runs to KY.
  • Load and unload freight safely, including live loading/unloading when required.
  • Maintain accurate logs, comply with DOT regulations, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with your driving partner to maintain safe operations and vehicle upkeep.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license for all team drivers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team driving setup.
  • Clean driving record with compliance to DOT regulations.
  • Experience with OTR or long-haul driving preferred, but motivated drivers are considered.
  • Willingness to handle occasional live loading/unloading assignments.

Pay & Benefits

  • Annual pay per team: $187,200 – $207,700, depending on experience and mileage.
  • $6,000 Team Sign-On Bonus ($3,000 per driver; valid through September).
  • Out 12 days, off 2 days schedule, supporting work-life balance.
  • Mileage pay: $1.30 – $1.40 CPM plus Fuel Surcharge (FSC), depending on location.
  • Lease purchase opportunities available for drivers seeking ownership paths.
  • Modern fleet with an average equipment age of just over 1 year.
