Key Duties

As a teacher with Success Academy, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the future of students across New York City. Even without prior teaching experience, you’ll be supported with training and a structured curriculum so you can focus on inspiring and guiding your students. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the provided curriculum.
• Creating an engaging, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
• Assessing student learning through assignments, projects, and discussions.
• Providing regular, constructive feedback to help students reach their potential.
• Collaborating with colleagues, families, and administrators to support student success.
• Developing strong classroom management and leadership skills.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passion for learning and a genuine interest in student growth.
• Commitment to working in person at a Success Academy school in NYC.
• Relocation support available ($2,500 stipend for qualified applicants).
