Key Duties

Gadsden School District is seeking a motivated Teacher on Special Assignment to support instructional programs and student achievement across schools. This role involves collaborating with teachers, administrators, and staff to enhance curriculum implementation, provide targeted support, and ensure educational programs meet district goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation in assigned areas.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting student performance data to guide instructional decisions.

  • Collaborating with teachers and administrators to identify best practices and improve student outcomes.

  • Offering guidance and support to staff on instructional strategies and program initiatives.

  • Maintaining clear communication and documentation regarding program progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • Valid Florida teaching certification in the relevant subject area.

  • Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.

  • Strong skills in communication, planning, organization, and teamwork.

  • Knowledge of current educational trends, methods, and technology.

  • Ability to analyze data and use results to inform instructional improvements.
