Gadsden School District is seeking a dedicated Teacher to provide high-quality instruction and support student learning across a range of subjects. The successful candidate will:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and state standards.

Employ teaching methods that address diverse learning styles and developmental levels.

Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom observations, adjusting instruction to meet student needs.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster student success.

Supervise students appropriately and ensure classroom management strategies promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution.

Certification from the State of Florida in the applicable teaching area.

Knowledge of child development, instructional strategies, and current educational research.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to plan and implement engaging lessons and activities.

Familiarity with educational technology and classroom management techniques.

Capability to work collaboratively with peers, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Annual salary range: $48,273 – $60,218, based on experience and qualifications.
