Job description

• To implement strategies and development programs for employees by identifying and enhancing the necessary competencies and skills to ensure the preparation of outstanding human resources that meet DESC’s needs.
• Prepare training plans and implement talent development and continuous learning programs in coordination with departments.
• Coordinate with internal and external training providers to ensure effective delivery of development programs.
• Monitor e-learning systems and training programs.
• Contribute to the preparation of succession plans and individual development plans for employees.
• Identify and analyse skill gaps to improve both individual and organizational performance.
• Analyse talent data and prepare periodic reports for management with results and recommendations.

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in talent development or human resources management.
• Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures and best practices in competency development.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with various administrative levels.
