Job Details

Serco Plc is hiring part-time and casual Swimming Instructors at Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre, Birmingham. The role includes early, late, and weekend shifts. You will teach swimming, ensure safety, support learners’ progress, and demonstrate techniques in a friendly environment.

Requirements

• STA Award/Certificate or Swim England Level 2

• Strong swimmer

• RLSS UK NPLQ, NRASTC, or STA Safety advantageous (training provided)

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented

• Good customer service skills
