Key Duties

As a Support Lead, you’ll help oversee daily store operations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Leading associates in delivering Five Below’s signature customer service during every interaction.

• Assisting with daily tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and keeping the store clean and organized.

• Acting as Manager on Duty when required, including handling store opening/closing and overseeing staff.

• Training and coaching team members to improve service, sales, and operational excellence.

• Supporting sales growth by ensuring merchandise presentation and recovery standards are met.

• Participating in routine maintenance and safety tasks to keep the store in top condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs., climb ladders, and remain standing for extended periods.
