Key Duties

As part of the Supervisory Team, your primary responsibility is to oversee scheduled supervised visitations between parents and children, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining close supervision of children during visitation, staying attentive to their needs and safety.

• Ensuring compliance with court or social services visitation guidelines.

• Documenting interactions and reporting relevant observations as required.

• Supporting both parents and children, offering guidance while maintaining neutrality.

• Managing any conflicts or challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• Experience in social work, childcare, or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive family dynamics.

• Knowledge of child development and family systems.

• Ability to remain impartial, objective, and professional at all times.

• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

While prior experience with supervised visitation is preferred, candidates with relevant childcare and family support experience will be considered. Flexibility to create your own schedule is essential.
