Job Description

The University of Alaska Museum of the North seeks part-time student curatorial assistants to work in research labs on various projects. This role offers hands-on experience with museum collections and supports research departments throughout the year. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credits with a 2.0 GPA minimum. Duties include assisting with collection research, documentation, and lab tasks. Position is located at the UAF campus in Fairbanks and starts at $14.96 per hour. This is a pooled student position; applications are reviewed as needed. A background check is required before employment.
