Key Duties

As a Store Associate at Finish Line, you will support daily store operations and provide top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges while offering expert product knowledge and style guidance.
• Supporting store sales through merchandising, promotional activities, and achieving individual and team targets.
• Managing inventory, performing shipments, restocking merchandise, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for customers.
• Participating in additional projects or tasks as requested by store leadership.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical capability to lift merchandise (5–25 lbs regularly), stand for long periods, and reach or stoop as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
