Key Duties

As a Store Associate at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and maintaining an efficient, well-stocked retail environment. You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, providing guidance, and resolving potential issues

• Assist in all store operations, including cashiering, inventory management, restocking, and opening/closing activities

• Support departments such as pharmacy, photo, and beauty to ensure smooth daily operations

• Promote CVS Health services and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor while following company policies and standards

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently

• Visual acuity to perform detailed tasks such as operating a computer or inspecting merchandise

• Preferred: Previous retail or customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
