Key Duties

As an HR Liaison in the Tampa District Office, you will provide high-level administrative support and assist with human resource functions. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing personnel documents, coordinating recruitment and hiring activities, and maintaining accurate records. You will manage travel arrangements, reimbursements, and fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and reporting. Additionally, you will support office operations by organizing meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining supplies, and assisting staff, clients, and the public while ensuring compliance with established policies.

Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education or vocational training is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of clerical or secretarial experience.

  • Knowledge of office procedures, communication principles, data collection, and basic arithmetic.

  • Ability to apply rules and policies accurately, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with staff and the public.

Additional qualifications include proficiency with office technology, ability to prepare reports, and knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring, benefits, and personnel documentation. Some travel may be required.
