Key Duties

Spectrum is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems. This role involves gathering and validating detailed business requirements, evaluating current processes, and developing innovative technology solutions to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth research to define system scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Analyzing business operations to identify areas for process automation and improvement.
• Designing and configuring systems to address new or evolving business needs.
• Leading cross-functional teams to implement systems solutions and validate performance.
• Creating input and output specifications to ensure solutions align with user needs.
• Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, and preferably Power BI.
• Providing SQL expertise to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for business decision-making.
• Facilitating communication between business units and IT to achieve alignment from requirements through deployment.
• Continuously monitoring internal processes and implementing risk control measures within the applications framework.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business systems, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in business systems or IT-related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience building Tableau reports; Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
