SPUR AGENT (Baggage Hall) Heathrow Airport

Join Our Team at Heathrow Airport – SPUR Agent (Baggage Hall)

Are you ready to be part of the heartbeat of Heathrow? dnata is on the lookout for dedicated and energetic SPUR Agents (Baggage Handlers) to join our dynamic team in the Baggage Hall.

In this fast-paced and vital role, you’ll be at the centre of airport operations, ensuring the smooth movement of passengers’ luggage through terminal baggage belts and lateral systems. Your precision, speed, and teamwork will help us meet key performance targets and keep the airport running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Operate and maintain baggage handling systems for check-in luggage
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and trailers, reporting any damage
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards in line with HAL, DfT, and dnata protocols
• Build strong working relationships with third-party customers and suppliers

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in SPUR/Bag Hall operations is a plus
• Skilled in both system-supported and manual baggage handling
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Mandatory valid UK driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience (preferred)
• Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player
• Able to pass all pre-employment checks, including:
• 5-year employment/education history verification
• Criminal record check (to meet dnata and CAA security standards)
• Satisfactory medical assessment
