Key Duties

Solomon Page is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist / SLP to join a dynamic healthcare team in Anchorage, Alaska. The primary responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Providing counseling and support to patients and their families to reinforce therapy goals.

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate medical records according to departmental guidelines.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Valid Alaska state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Advanced degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Adaptable problem-solving skills and the ability to respond efficiently to patient needs.
