Key Duties

The Specialist IT Onsite Support is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems while providing technical support to employees, vendors, and customers. Primary duties include:

• Responding to technical support requests via phone, email, or service tickets, escalating as necessary.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, networks, and telephony.

• Installing, configuring, upgrading, and deploying computer hardware and software.

• Assisting users with technical problems and providing training as needed.

• Maintaining IT inventory and documenting processes, updates, and resolutions.

• Supporting IT projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

• Troubleshooting network outages and coordinating with vendors for hardware/software repairs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of progressive IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/7, Office Suite, antivirus software, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; travel between company sites required.

• Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass background checks and drug screening.

• Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 pounds) and work in varied environments, including outdoor conditions.
