Key DutiesThe Specialist IT Onsite Support is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems while providing technical support to employees, vendors, and customers. Primary duties include:

Responding to technical support requests via phone, email, or service tickets, escalating as necessary.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, networks, and telephony.

Installing, configuring, upgrading, and deploying computer hardware and software.

Assisting users with technical problems and providing training as needed.

Maintaining IT inventory and documenting processes, updates, and resolutions.

Supporting IT projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Troubleshooting network outages and coordinating with vendors for hardware/software repairs.

1–2 years of progressive IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/7, Office Suite, antivirus software, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; travel between company sites required.

Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 pounds) and work in varied environments, including outdoor conditions.
