Key Duties

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing sales for memberships, gift cards, and spa upgrades.
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage and facial services.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized workspace.
• Assist with administrative tasks, file maintenance, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless guest experiences and support spa operations.
• Participate in sales and promotional initiatives, contests, and employee reward programs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and membership program sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; training provided for spa software (Millennium).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional, and energetic demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexible availability to accommodate spa hours.
