• Work Location: In-person across Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem, and Midtown

Key Duties

Klēn Space is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of New York City sidewalks and public spaces. The Sidewalk Cleaner role involves:

• Sweeping and cleaning sidewalks, walkways, and common areas.
• Collecting litter and properly disposing of trash, including replacing bags in bins.
• Performing snow removal and other seasonal duties as needed.
• Completing tasks according to project guidelines and reporting any issues.
• Following instructions to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support overall site upkeep.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in outdoor conditions (rain, snow, sleet).
• Physically able to perform manual labor and maintain stamina for the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
• Must have a smartphone capable of running two required mobile apps for job tracking.
• Flexible to work at various assigned locations throughout the week.
• Demonstrated attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly wage of $16.50.
• Part-time schedule with 20 hours per week.
