Job Description

Position: Services Assistant
Location: Carlisle Store, CA2 5TF
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations

• Pick and prepare Click & Collect orders

• Assist customers with queries, complaints, refunds, and shelf management

• Work flexibly across the store as needed

• Learn and use digital tools to provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Above school-leaver age; 18+ for early/late shifts

• Right to work in the UK

• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
