Key Duties

As a Service Advisor / Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers while overseeing service operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assessing repair needs through phone, email, or in person.

  • Preparing accurate repair estimates and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service.

  • Managing repair orders, documentation, warranties, and policy settlements.

  • Overseeing technician workflow, schedules, and work quality.

  • Communicating effectively with customers about service outcomes, cost-saving options, and warranty coverage.

  • Maintaining shop tools, supplies, and a clean, organized work environment.

  • Participating in ongoing training to stay current on equipment, technical updates, and warranty policies.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; managerial experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of heavy equipment or mechanical systems.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot customer issues, and liaise between technicians and customers.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift safely.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
