Key DutiesAs a Service Advisor / Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers while overseeing service operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and assessing repair needs through phone, email, or in person.

Preparing accurate repair estimates and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service.

Managing repair orders, documentation, warranties, and policy settlements.

Overseeing technician workflow, schedules, and work quality.
-
Communicating effectively with customers about service outcomes, cost-saving options, and warranty coverage.

Maintaining shop tools, supplies, and a clean, organized work environment.

Participating in ongoing training to stay current on equipment, technical updates, and warranty policies.
Candidates should have:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; managerial experience preferred.

Knowledge of heavy equipment or mechanical systems.
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot customer issues, and liaise between technicians and customers.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift safely.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
