Key Duties

The Standard Hotels is seeking a personable and attentive Server to join our seasonal team at Le Bain. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the restaurant and service areas. You will set up rooms and tables, manage service stations, describe menu and beverage offerings, process orders and payments, and ensure a welcoming and organized environment. A keen attention to detail and a warm, professional demeanor are essential to create memorable experiences for each guest.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, stretch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, signature cocktails, wine lists, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to follow Standard Hotels service standards and procedures.
• Fluent in English, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to hygiene, punctuality, and professional comportment in line with company policies.
