Job Description

Duffy’s Sports Grill is hiring Servers to deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Servers greet and escort guests, explain menu items, take accurate orders, upsell items, and ensure guests enjoy their meals. Responsibilities include handling payments, assisting hosts, maintaining clean tables, and stocking service areas. Candidates must be dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work long periods standing, lifting up to 40 lbs. They should communicate well, work as a team, and provide a positive guest experience. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
