Key Duties

Guard & Grace is seeking an attentive and motivated Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team at our downtown Houston location. This role ensures smooth service operations and contributes to an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables and polishing service stations.
• Supporting guest needs by responding to requests and providing attentive service.
• Preparing service areas and ensuring utensils, condiments, and supplies are fully stocked.
• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate seamless operations during busy periods.
• Upholding all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout shifts.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay of $2.13 plus tips, with potential earnings up to $2,000 per week.
