Average Earnings	£3,800 gross/month (50% of salespeople), top 10% earn £6,000+
Career Path	Team Leader → Branch Manager → Regional Director
Training	Comprehensive training at Verisure Academy
Client Portfolio	Build through marketing campaigns and personal prospecting
Sales Targets	Uncapped commissions linked to performance
Vehicle Requirement	Own vehicle for initial months; company car and fuel card provided later
Driving License	Valid UK driving license (0–3 points)
DBS Check	Required; fully covered by Verisure
