| Escalate unresolved alerts to CIB/PB Risk & Control Alert Management | |
| Gather data from internal/external databases | |
| Conduct enhanced due diligence investigations | |
| Record and retain alerts in compliance with regulations | |
| Continuous Improvement | Identify and recommend process/system improvements |
| Optimize screening methodologies and parameters | |
| Regulatory Compliance | Support implementation of Internal Audit and Regulatory findings |
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in management, banking, or finance |
| Compliance, KYC/AML/CFT, financial crime certifications preferred | |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year in banking, preferably in compliance |
| Skills | Sanctions and AML/CTF knowledge |
| Excellent written and spoken communication | |
| Positive attitude and interpersonal skills | |
| Record Keeping | Maintain alert and case documentation per jurisdiction |
| Technical Competencies | Understanding of sanctions and transaction monitoring |
| Continuous Learning | Build and apply knowledge of global regulatory standards |
| Collaboration | Work with internal teams to gather data and complete investigations |
| Reporting | Provide accurate records and evidence for compliance |
