About the Role

As a Senior Human Resources Strategist, you will lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.

The role requires strong leadership ability, with expertise in building trust and influence without authority. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and plans that align with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify, define, and support the resolution of business challenges.
• Apply critical thinking to significant business challenges, recommending solutions and engaging senior leadership to sponsor and drive organizational change.
• Create and supervise the execution of the Program plan, resolving conflicting priorities, managing stakeholder relationships, identifying, and reporting quarterly on the progress of the overall HR program.
• Facilitate the development of the HR Strategy, annual plan, and manage the Program execution of the annual HR plan.
• Track performance of HR Plan and develop the quarterly Operating Reviews.
• Plan and execute the HR Change, Communication & Marketing strategy in support of the annual HR plan.
• In collaboration with the CHRO and the HR Leadership team, ensure meeting agendas enable the effective execution of our annual HR Plan and broader HR strategy.
• Work closely with the CHRO, leads various initiatives, researching opportunities, gaps, risk, and presenting back to the HR leadership team.

Requirements:
• A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Strong leadership ability, can lead and develop high performing teams.
• The ability to build trust and influence without authority.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and build confidence and credibility with employees, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to support with the transition and transformation of the department’s goals, processes, or technologies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present these ideas to senior management and other stakeholder groups.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
