| Key Responsibility 1 | Record and reconcile fixed asset transactions using Oracle ERP |
| Key Responsibility 2 | Maintain and reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger monthly |
| Key Responsibility 3 | Coordinate with Senior GL and Project Accountant on asset coding and default useful life |
| Key Responsibility 4 | Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with sub-ledger |
| Key Responsibility 5 | Review and update fixed asset register for external audits |
| Key Responsibility 6 | Maintain inventory booking, Goods Receipt/Delivery Notes, and spoilage records |
| Key Responsibility 7 | Reconcile ERP inventory sub-module with warehouse systems regularly |
| Key Responsibility 8 | Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial disclosure information |
| Key Responsibility 9 | Ensure inventory transactions comply with IFRS and statutory requirements |
| Key Responsibility 10 | Process monthly and yearly inventory and fixed asset adjustments |
| Key Responsibility 11 | Assist in strategic planning and reporting quality for management |
| Key Responsibility 12 | Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communication |
| Key Responsibility 13 | Ensure compliance with HSE, security, and business continuity policies |
| Key Responsibility 14 | Support ENEC inventory system development and monitoring |
| Professional Certification | Professional accountant qualification (preferred) |
| Skills | ERP systems (Oracle), IFRS compliance, inventory management, fixed asset accounting |
