| Key Responsibility 7 | Ensure compliance with local/international regulations and audits |
| Key Responsibility 8 | Lead, mentor, and develop finance team |
| Key Responsibility 9 | Set up and manage ERP system for finance operations |
| Key Responsibility 10 | Identify and implement process improvements |
| Key Responsibility 11 | Support strategic financial planning and decision-making |
