Job description

1. Training Delivery:Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing security staff.Conduct classroom and practical sessions on physical security, access control, emergency response, customer service, report writing, and conflict resolution.Prepare candidates for government-mandated certifications (e.g., SIRA, PSBD, etc.).Provide induction training for new joiners and site-specific orientations.2. Compliance & Standards:Ensure training is aligned with UAE regulatory standards (Dubai’s SIRA, Abu Dhabi’s PSBD, and other emirate-specific guidelines).Maintain awareness of changes in law, regulations, and security trends.Train staff on handling hazardous situations, evacuation procedures, and legal reporting protocols.3. Assessment & Evaluation:Conduct evaluations and tests to assess trainee knowledge and skill levels.Monitor training effectiveness and recommend remedial programs as needed.Maintain training records, certification logs, and attendance sheets.4. Staff Development:Identify skill gaps through performance assessments and feedback.Develop continuous development plans for high-potential or underperforming personnel.Coach and mentor security officers and supervisors to build leadership skills.5. Course Development & Improvement:Design and update training content, manuals, and SOPs.Integrate new technologies (e.g., surveillance systems, biometric devices) into training modules.Customize training based on site requirements (e.g., malls, embassies, hotels, residential). Experience:Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a training role.Previous experience working with SIRA (Dubai) or PSBD (Abu Dhabi) systems is a strong advantage.Certifications:SIRA Certified Trainer (mandatory for Dubai-based roles)PSBD knowledge (mandatory for Abu Dhabi-based roles)First Aid, Fire Safety, or HSE certifications (advantageous)
