Key Duties

Guards On Call is looking for a professional, commissioned Level 3 Patrol Officer to oversee multiple sites during nightly shifts. As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned properties, supporting supervisors, and assisting with company operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting multi-site patrols (approximately 30 stops per shift) using a company vehicle.
• Inspecting facilities, securing gates, monitoring pools, and enforcing community rules.
• Responding promptly to calls for assistance and incidents.
• Submitting accurate digital reports for each location and maintaining situational awareness throughout the shift.
• Supporting supervisors with various tasks such as setting checkpoints, assisting with company vehicles, and occasional client interactions.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Level 3 guard card (must have the physical card).
• Proven experience conducting multi-site patrols.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Working cellphone with data capability.
• Clean background check.
• Familiarity with Tracktik software is a plus.
• Professional demeanor and ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
