Job descriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Security and Housekeeping Manager to oversee security personnel, watchmen, and housekeeping staff. The role is responsible for ensuring safety, security, and hygiene across the facility while maintaining high operational standards.Recruit, train, and supervise security guards, watchmen, and housekeeping staff.Manage daily security operations, patrols, and emergency procedures.Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of all facilities.Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and evaluate performance.Enforce company policies on safety, security, and hygiene.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required. Proven experience in facilities management, housekeeping, or security supervision (preferably in hospitality or corporate sector).Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to handle emergencies and enforce discipline.Good communication and reporting skills.Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Facilities, or related field (preferred).
