We are a well-established electromechanical contracting company based in Abu Hail, Dubai, currently seeking a professional and experienced female Secretary and Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth front-office operations and providing essential administrative support to the management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.

Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:
Female applicants only.

Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.

Prior experience in a similar secretarial or receptionist role is preferred.
