Key Duties

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the store team during busy shopping periods. You will:

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests with their gaming needs and making thoughtful product recommendations.

• Support store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

• Help drive sales goals by actively engaging customers and promoting GameStop’s buy, sell, trade, and reservation programs.

• Address customer inquiries courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary.

• Participate in loss prevention efforts and follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and performing store tasks throughout an entire shift.
